Step by Step Guide to getting started with the
Bone Density Booster program

The Bone Density Booster (BDB) program is divided into five phases:
  • Phase 1 – Preparation, this is the starting point for the program, develop foundational level strength and stamina to progress to Activation phase. Low impact bone strain.
  • Phase 2 – Activation, basic level strength and low-moderate impact bone strain, preparation for progress to Reinforcement phase.
  • Phase 3 – Reinforcement, moderate level strength and moderate impact bone strain, preparation for progress to Ossification phase.
  • Phase 4 – Ossification, high level strength and high impact bone strain, preparation for progress to Mastery phase.
  • Phase 5 – Bone Density Mastery, highest level strength and highest impact bone strain, continue at this level while you want to continue stimulating bone development.

Each phase builds on the strength and bone development of the previous phase. Each phase last for approximately 8 to 12 weeks. Bone growth takes time, studies show that it takes 6 to 9 months for bone growth stimulation to occur. Therefore it is an important safety requirement that you progress through the program gradually to ensure that your bones are strong enough to cope with more advanced exercises in later phases.

Registration
Before starting please ensure you have subscribed to the Bone Density Booster program and then complete the Registration form below.
Starting Phase 1
Once you have completed the Registration form you can commence the Phase 1 - Preparation activities. By default your BDB subscription will allow access to the relevant Phase 1 - Preparation page to get started.
Completing a Phase
At the end of each of phases 1 to 3 there is a Graduation Checklist. If you can complete the physical activity items on the Graduation Checklist then you are ready to request access to the next phase of the program. There will be a form below the Graduation Checklist to submit to request access to the next phase web page.
Skipping Straight to Phase 2
If you have already been performing some strength training prior to commencing the Bone Density Booster program you may be able to skip to Phase 2 - Activation. To ascertain if you are ready to start Phase 2 - Activation make sure you can complete the Phase 1 - Preparation Graduation Checklist.
